MEETING: The next meeting of the ADD Adult Self Help Support Group will be on September 22, 2011, 7:30 to 9:30 PM at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch, NJ. Go to the main reception desk in the lobby and get directions. The meetings are free; they are led usually by Dr.LoPresti. One topic for the September 22^nd meeting will be mindfulness meditation and ADD/ADHD. At all meetings we practice mindfulness for from one ten minutes if we chose.

MEETINGS FOR THE FALL, WINTER AND SPRING (2011-2012): September 22; October 27; November 17; December 15; January 26; February 23; March 22; April 26; and May 24. We are off for the summer.

Commentary: The role of omega 3s mainly EPA and DHA in the evolution of our species is becoming more apparent from archeology. The role in ADHD appears to be significant. I am looking forward to our group and the coming year.
